We will let you know the estimated despatch date when the order is confirmed, which in most cases is within 2 working days if the items are in stock. Any item which is made to order will take longer.
For Commission work, estimated times will be discussed during the consultation period.
If the item is needed for a certain date, please inform us at the time of placing the order.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail. If the items are under £75 they are sent Tracked 48 , if they are over £100– they are sent as Special Delivery Guaranteed
Delivery of an Order shall be deemed to be completed when the items are delivered to an address given by you.
