Abalone earrings
Thee Abalone earrings are made from 10mm Abalone shell coins.
I have used Abalone in a 10mm coin shape. These have a beautiful play of markings on them, so characteristic of Abalone shell.
I have used a single coin for each earring in my design. I have then simply suspended them from sterling silver rings,as a result giving the maximum movement to the earrings.
Finally, I have used sterling silver shepherd hook ear wires to complete them.
