Amber Necklace
This Amber necklace is made with Baltic Amber. This is one of the most largest sources of Amber, and is home to some of the best examples. The Amber that I have used are smooth 5mm rounds. They are in the deep honey colour that is characteristic of the gemstone.
In my design, I have used 9 of the gemstones, each separated with a sterling silver accent bead. In addition, to this, I have used a beautiful, silky angular chain in sterling silver. As a result, giving a contemporary feel to my designs, with the movement to make the necklace very comfortable to wear.
Finally, I have used sterling silver fittings, including a lobster claw clasp. This gives security to my design, while at the same time making it easy to fasten.
